    Even if the words “sexual assault” don't feel like how you label your experience of Workplace Sexual Harassment, you are welcome to call this line for immediate support.

    Klinic also has a drop-in counselling program where you can meet with a counsellor for one session. Visit this link for more information about hours and access.

    To access ongoing counselling:

    You may access ongoing counselling related to your experience of Workplace Sexual Harassment through Klinic’s Sexual Assault Crisis Program. Call 204-784-4059 to speak to the intake worker. 

    If you are looking for 2SLGBTQ+-informed counselling, Rainbow Resource Centre provides single-session and short-term counselling to 2SLGBTQ+ people. Visit their website for more information on their services. 

    If you live in the Interlake Eastern Region, Survivor’s Hope Crisis Centre also offers ongoing counselling for experiences of sexual violence, including Workplace Sexual Harassment. They can be reached at 204-753-5353.

    If you live in the Brandon or Westman Region, you can access counselling from SERC Brandon’s 2STLGBQ+ Program. E-mail amandat@rainbowresourcecentre.org for more information or to schedule an appointment.

  • You may have access to coverage for counselling or therapy.

  • For anyone who self-identifies as Indigenous, an online chat is available at Hope for Wellness. Counsellors can provide support in English, French, and depending on staff availability, in Cree, Ojibway and Inuktitut.

  • The UofM has a Sexual Violence Resource Centre that offers ongoing counselling. You can reach them by email or phone.
